Clémence Iacconi received the Thesis Prize from the Graduate School of Engineering and Systems Sciences at Paris-Saclay University for her work on the development of new X-ray imaging techniques to advance the study of archaeological textiles. Clémence applied this new approach to iconic sites from the early Iron Age in France and the Netherlands. She also developed a large-scale project with a group of around twenty design students from ENSCI - Les Ateliers, in partnership with DesignSpot at Paris-Saclay University.

Clémence Iacconi's work was co-supervised by Loïc Bertrand and Emilie Leccia (Novitom) and co-funded by the Île-de-France Region's PRPhD programme.

The prize will be awarded to her during the Graduate School Day on 19 May 2025.
