Romane Vinot was awarded the prize for the best oral communication at the Journées Annuelles 2025 of the Subdivision Photochimie, Photophysique et Photosciences (SP2P), part of the Division de Chimie Physique, an entity of the Société Chimique de France and the Société Française de Physique.
She was awarded the prize for her presentation "A terpyridine-based fluorescent chemosensor for the selective
detection of glyphosate and AMPA in water", based on her PhD work.
Romane Vinot is a 2nd year PhD student at PPSM under the supervision of Isabelle Leray, working on the design and development of fluorescent sensors for the detection of pesticide residues.
